Gunpowder Treason and Plot,

History

November 5th is Bonfire Night, an English tradition. Guy Fawkes Night (or Bonfire Night) is celebrated all over England.
The puppet represents the figure of Guy Fawkes and is dragged around the streets, while the children ask for a few pennies for him.
The “guy” is burnt on the bonfire.
Bonfires and fireworks remind people of the plot.
